CNC TURNING AND MILL/TURN
Diken specializes in machining complex tight tolerance round parts. We are proficient at achieving tolerances of +/- .0001 (1 ten thousandth of an inch). We’ve invested in the equipment and tooling to manufacture your product regardless of how complex or simple. From tight tolerance mill turn work to straightforward turning we have a solution for you. CNC MILLING (3 TO 5 AXIS)
As products and components get more complex they require proficiency at multiple disciplines to truly be manufactured efficiently. We’ve machined a broad array of components and assemblies. QUALITY AND INSPECTION
Diken’s reputation is quality. To ensure every component we manufacture meets the required specifications we’ve invested in a variety of precision inspection equipment. Manufacturing tight tolerances necessitates that we have the equipment and processes to measure even the slightest dimensional change (.00002 or 20 millionths of an inch). ASSEMBLY
In addition to our CNC machining and inspection services, we can complete light assembly of multiple components and deliver them to you ready for installation. Whether you need 100 assemblies or long production runs Diken has the expertise and equipment to manufacture and assemble your product on time and to your specifications.
CUSTOM PROJECTS
On various occasions customers have come to us with a napkin sketch or prototype mock-up for which they needed help manufacturing. We’ve helped generate formal engineering drawings and CAD models by utilizing our full inspection capabilities and modern CAD systems. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
We offer support to our customers from suggestions on manufacturability, prototyping, tooling and pre-production approvals all the way to full-scale manufacturing, finishing and shipping. Our manufacturing engineering staff will work with you to jointly determine the most cost effective, highest quality approach for manufacturing your product. We will then jointly develop the control methods to be implemented in the manufacturing processes to ensure the item, or product meets cost and quality targets throughout the production life cycle.
